大赛简介
2020年初，一场突如其来、态势凶猛的新型冠状病毒笼罩荆楚大地，并蔓延波及全国！面对疫情，除了做好必要安全防护之外，锻炼身体、提高自身免疫力也是至关重要的！为此，我们倡议发起全民居家呼啦圈足球大赛，激发全民参与体育健身的热情，进而提高全民身体素质和足球水平。
此次大赛属于公益活动，免费面向全民征集参赛视频，所有参赛选手按年龄段、性别分成共12个组别，全民都可以按照相应组别报名，本次赛事流程均在线上完成。

活动时间
2020年5月1日——2020年6月1日 （24:00前）
比赛组别
小学乙组（男/女）：7岁到9岁
小学甲组（男/女）：10岁到12岁
初中组（男/女）：13岁到15岁
高中组（男/女）：16岁到18岁
成年组（男/女）：19岁到64岁
老年组（男/女）：65岁到75岁
比赛内容
比赛内容共分为两项，两项分数的综合为最终成绩。
一、在30秒时间内，手举足球，采用腰部转动呼啦圈的方式开始比赛，中途掉落后可以拿起来继续转。比赛成绩以30秒内转圈的个数排名，圈数越多名次越前。
二、在30秒时间内，在呼啦圈内的固定位置处进行颠足球比赛（不可出圈颠球），中途掉落后可继续完成，比赛成绩以30秒内颠球数量排名，数量越多名次越前。

器材要求
呼啦圈统一标准：内圈直径90公分，重量1KG
足球标准：小学乙组、小学甲组使用4号球；初中组、高中组、成年组、老年组均使用5号球。
场地要求
室内场所，拍摄背景尽量简洁美观，切勿过于杂乱。
（室外拍摄视频视为无效）
报名方式
（一）请自行录制参赛视频，两个比赛内容请分开录制，每个视频时长不超过45秒，在正式拍摄参赛视频前可进行简短的自我介绍，请自报姓名、年龄、来自地区等等（录制的参赛时长请务必保证30秒，自我介绍时长不超过15秒），视频名称请以“参赛组别+姓名+参赛成绩”的格式命名。
备注：
参赛视频不限制录制工具，摄像机或手机等均可，使用当前视频文件主流格式。录制视频时，请参赛选手正面面对摄像头，保证身体全部出现在镜头中，尽量避免光线不足、遮挡物等情况。

比赛内容
Competitioncontent:
The content ofthe competition divided into two part, the total scores of the two part is thefinal score.
Partone: within 30 seconds holding the one ball in hand and start the gameby turning the hula hoop around your waist. the competition results ranked bythe number of laps within 30 seconds. More laps high ranking.
PartTwo: within 30 seconds juggleing with the ball inside the hula hoop (not allowed to go out of the hula hoop circle) if the participant fall outhe/she can continue . the game results ranked by the numbers of juggle in 30seconds.

参赛视频评选
本次大赛将设立评审专家组，邀请相关专业领域专家对参赛视频进行评审。
评委：金志扬、夏红灿、王文宜、蔡伟、张阁员、泰瑞、唐赛虎、王磊、金汕、周继铭、张淼、梁广仁、冯刈、柳守永、夏国栋、时杨、金力权。
本次大赛，每个组别分别设置冠军1名，亚军1名，季军1名。
